Peanut Butter Jelly Blondies

Kid-approved Peanut Butter and Jelly Blondies for all the parents with kids going back to school 📚

A healthy treat for breakfast or snack time! 🍓 👇

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups oat flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup xylitol or sweetener of choice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 egg 🥚
1 cup non-dairy milk 🥛
1/4 cup peanut butter 🥜
1/4 cup jelly
*Optional – chocolate chips

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients. Stir in wet ingredients (except for jelly). Pour batter in 8×8 baking pan. Drop little spoonfuls of jelly into the batter and give a light swirl. Bake at 350F for 22-28min. Check for doneness. Let cool before slicing.
