Ingredients
- 1 cup oats (ground into flour)
- 1 small sweet potato
- 1 cup applesauce
- 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut butter (any nutbutter, sunflower is delicious!)
- 1/2 cup non dairy milk (coffee is a great alternative)
- optional* stevia, honey, or maples syrup to sweeten
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Place ingredients in food processor (except for chocolate chips) adding more liquid as needed to reach your preferred consistency. Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!
