  • 1 cup oats (ground into flour)
  • 1 small sweet potato
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter (any nutbutter, sunflower is delicious!)
  • 1/2 cup non dairy milk (coffee is a great alternative)
  • optional* stevia, honey, or maples syrup to sweeten
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips


Place ingredients in food processor (except for chocolate chips) adding more liquid as needed to reach your preferred consistency. Stir in chocolate chips and enjoy!
