Gluten free strawberry frosted brownie recipe for healthy living

Up in your face with strawberry frosted brownies I am totally embracing the strawberry frosting like nobody’s business Super simple to make (And even more simple to enjoy ). My level of procrastination has led to some most excellent baking. Anyone else suffering with procrastination? What’s your procrastination habit? How do you get focused or “find your flow”?

Strawberry Frosted Protein Brownies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup @nutiva hemp protein*
- 1/4 cup @organicgemini tigernut flour*
- 1/2 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup arrowroot powder
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 @happyeggcousa egg or 1 flax egg
- 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/8th teaspoon @nunaturals stevia (optional)
- 1 cup strong hot coffee
*almond flour works too! 1
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix together, end with adding hot coffee. Batter will be extremely thick. Spread your protein brownie batter into a lightly coconut oil greased 8×8 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
As bars cool, make up frosting. Then spread onto brownies, or just eat it off the spoon 🥄😉
Frosting
Blend cashews, coconut 🥥 milk, and strawberries 🍓and a squirt of lemon 🍋 until smooth and creamy. Sweeten as you’d like 😉
