Having a healthy microbiome or gut flora is a well-known way to live a long and vibrant life.
But chances are you (like many, many other people) struggle with lack of sleep, poor diet, stress, caffeine, and other ailments that can cause an imbalance in your gut bacteria. The bacteria that live on you and inside of you has an affect on everything from your skin, to your digestion, to your ability to fight off disease.
Fortunately, probiotics help introduce “good” bacteria to your microbiome, which has a ripple effect throughout your whole body. Probiotics are the beneficial bacteria keeping balance with the natural occurring “bad” bacteria and yeast in your digestive systems.
Probiotics may be helpful for people struggling with allergies, digestive disorders, skin issues, candida, autoimmune disease, frequent colds and flus, and a whole lot more.

Probiotic rich foods include sauerkraut, kimchi, kefir, yogurt, tempeh, miso, kombucha, tempeh and apple cider vinegar.
By adding more probiotic foods into your diet, you might even reap some of these health benefits:
- Stronger immune system
- Better digestion
- Healthier skin
- even Weight loss
Not too shabby, right? Personally I’m a big fan of non-dairy yogurts especially on top of a stack of Fluffy Golden Pancakes with fresh berries.
