Blueberries are packed with antioxidants, called anthocyanins, that keep your memory sharp as you age 🤓Warding off heart disease 💙Blueberries are also an awesome source of fiber, potassium, folate, vitamin C, and vitamin B6 that all support heart health. The fiber in blueberries also helps lower the total amount of cholesterol in the blood and decrease the risk of heart disease. 😉 so, do yourself a favor and gobble up some blueberries 😋
